  • Um eine Nachverfolgbarkeit gewährleisten zu können, sind alle zu wertenden Flüge auf dem Online-Netzwerk VATSIM zu fliegen. Eine Registrierung hierzu ist daher zwingend notwendig.

  • To be able to trace the flights, all evaluative flights have to be flown at the online network VATSIM. A registration is mandatory.

  • Die Registrierung bei der VA darf nur mit dem bei VATSIM verwendeten realen Namen erfolgen.
    		•
  • The registration at our VA must be done with your first and last name only as used at VATSIM.
    		•
  • Stunden, die bei einer anderen VA gesammelt wurden, können nicht angerechnet werden. Jedem Piloten ab dem Rating P01 steht es frei, ein Flugzeug eines niedrigeren Ratings zu fliegen, als er besitzt.

  • Collected flight hours from an other VA can not be transfered to our VA. Every pilot with rating P01 or greater can fly a plane and flight plan lower than the current ration.

  • Flugzeugtausch und Rating-Upgrades finden generell nur am primären Hub, "EDAC Altenburg-Nobitz", statt.

  • Changes of planes and upgrades of rating are possible at our primary hub "EDAC Altenburg-Nobitz" only.
    		•
  • Nach der Landung und der Beendigung eines Fluges ist der aktuelle Flugzeugstandpunkt im Flugsimulator als Flug abzuspeichern und für den nächsten Flug wieder zu laden.

  • After landing and finish of the conplete flight, you must save the current location of your plane. For the next flight, you have to reload the last saved location.

  • Es sind die Anweisungen und Informationen in der Info-Zeile eines jeden verwendeten Flugplanes zu beachten und einzuhalten.

  • You should pay attention to all instructions and informations at the info line of each used flight plan
    		•
  • Bei Flügen ohne ATC sind Directs verboten! Es sind gemäß der zu verwendenden Pisten-Konfiguration alle Abflugrouten, Anflugrouten sowie die Routen des vorgebenen Flugplanes einzuhalten und abzufliegen.

  • At flights without ATC, directs are not allowed! According to the used runway configuration you must keep in mind and follow all departure routes, arrival routes and the enroute parts of the given flight plan.

  • Bei Flügen mit ATC sollte versucht werden, auf Directs und andere Abkürzungen zu verzichten.
    		•
  • At flights with ATC you should try to deny any directs and other short cuts.
    		•
  • Bei Abstürzen oder anderen Problemen (wie zB "Fuel empty"), die als Resultat keine erfolgreiche Landung zur Folge haben, wird der Flug nicht angenommen und ist demnach zu wiederholen.

  • If you crash your plane or if you get problems (wie zB "Fuel empty") and if you are not able to make a successful landing, the flight will be no accepted and you must repeat the complete flight.

    Verfahrensweise der Flugaufzeichnung Procedure of flight recording
    Vor dem Flug: Before flight:
  • Gewünschten Flug im "Pilot Center" buchen.
    		•
  • Book your desired flight in the "pilot center".
    		•
  • Letzten per Hand abgespeicherten Flugstand laden.
    		•
  • Load your last saved flight.
    		•
  • Bei Bedarf nachträglich ein für den Flugplan zugelassenes Flugzeug laden. Zugelassene Flugzeuge sind jeweils im Info-Text des Flugplanes zu finden.

  • ACARS öffnen, sich einloggen und mit dem Simulator verbinden.

  • Es darf bei Flügen ohne FMC der "Flugplaner" im Simulator verwendet werden. Bei Benutzung dessen ist auch hier die gebuchte und im Flugplan abgeschickte Route zu planen. Jedoch darf man sich vom Simulator nicht versetzen lassen.

  • At flights without any ATC you can use the flight plan of your simulator. If you use it, you must plan the booked and filed route. But do not relocate you from the simulator!

  • Prüfung des Tankinhaltes auf ausreichend Treibstoff.
    		•
  • Check you plane for enough fuel.
    		•
  • Bei ATC-Abdeckung ist die Streckenfreigabe (IFR / VFR) einzuholen. Ohne ATC entfällt dieser Schritt.
    		•
  • If there's responsable ATC, get your clearance (IFR / VFR). If there's no ATC responsable for you, this point is not applicable for you.
    		•
  • Flugaufzeichnung starten. Dazu muß die Parkbremse eingelegt sein.
    		•
  • Start your flight recording. For this the parking brake must be set.
    		•
  • Boarding completed, Türen schließen, Beacon an, Triebwerk(e) an ... guten Flug.
    		•
  • Boarding completed, doors cloes, beacon on, engine(s) on ... have a nice flight.
    		•
    Nach dem Flug: After flight:
  • Beim Erreichen der endgültigen Parkposition die Parkbremse setzen, die Triebwerke ausmachen, Beacon aus, De-Boarding.
    		•
  • When you reached your final parking position, set the parking brake, turn off the engine(s), beacon off, de-boarding.
    		•
  • Flugaufzeichnung anhalten. Bei erfolgreicher Landung am Zielflughafen PIREP absenden.
    		•
  • Stop the flight recording. At successful landing at your planed destination airport, send your PIREP.
    		•
  • Flug im Flusimulator (z B als "Lufttaxi") abspeichern.
    		•
  • Save your flight at your simulator (e.g. "Lufttaxi").
    		•
  • Der PIREP wird von einem der Admins geprüft und bei Richtigkeit als gültig akzeptiert.
    		•
  • The PIREP will be checked by an admin and accepted when it's ok.
    		•
